Removing a partition from dataset should update the hive metastore

For a kite hive partitioned dataset,deleting a view that is formed by partitions, will delete the partition data from filesystem, but does not update the hive metastore. As a result, the partition list of the hive table is not consistent between between metastore and filesystem(hdfs). This behavior may cause confusion when a user issues 'show partitions' on hive cli.
