[importer] Dropdown shrinks in the 'external database' section

            Description

            It is reproducible in following scenarios:
            1. When the dropdown is populated and user toggle between the db modes (config and custom).
            2. When the dropdown is populated, and user tries to change the value of dropdown above it. (e.g. database and table dropdown)
