[hbase] HBase examples are not installed on secure cluster

            Description

            Steps:
            1. Login to Hue
            2. Open Hue Administration page, Examples. Download HBase examples.
            Message appears that "Examples refreshed"
            3. Go to HBase page

            No tables are added in Hue, no in hbase shell.

            Note that on another non-secure cluster, example tables were added successfully.
