[fb] Cannot set executable permissions on a file

Select a file. Click the icon on Change Permissions. Check all 9 boxes available and save. All Read and Write permissions will be saved but executable will not be. Repeat and open the Change Permissions popup again - all 3 executable check boxes have been unchecked.
