Recommend that Kite-CLI be installed to the proper location in Quickstart VM

The kite-dataset jar is installed with CDH. That version is likely going to be older than the current version. However, it's in the classpath by default, so it's going to be used, even when you call kite-dataset from the same directory, unless you append ./ to the command. Update the CLI install document to suggest either replacing kite-dataset in its current location, or using the full path to invoke commands.
