[assist] Impala refresh pop-over won't close after assist action while open

            Description

            To reproduce (impala only)

            1. Open a database in the assist panel
            2. Click the refresh icon and leave the pop-over open
            3. Click to go back to the database list in the assist panel
            4. The refresh popover won't close

            The workaround to get rid of it is to refresh the page.

            Solution: It should close when clicking outside
