[oozie] Remove oozie.coord.application.path from properties when rerunning workflow

This is a bug in oozie server where it adds 'oozie.coord.applicaiton.path' to worklow properties when the wf is run by a coordinator.

Therefore, while rerunning such workflows Hue needs to remove this path as a temporary fix to this issue
