[editor] Changing fields of a query we chart should re-select default values for the axis

            Description

            Run a query with SELECT a, b fields and graph it
            Change the fields to * and run the query
            The legend and value of the legend have no selected fields by default, so we don't graph anything.

            Would be great to auto select fields like we do when selecting a graph for this case too.
