[editor] Column legend horizontal scroll bar are missing until we scroll down

[UX] In the columns view, if the column names are very large, the scroll bars are not very intuitive. At times, it’s not even clear that there are scroll bars

e..g

SELECT code  aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa FROM sample_07

Then scroll down, and the scroll bar with appear.
