[metastore] Refresh table in Impala after creating a table if possible

We always have Hive in metastore for some reason, but this is indeed not the best.

For any drop/create/alter action via Hue (in Editor or via a a task in Metastore or Create table Wizard etc..), it would be nice to do both (and more fine grained at some point for Impala with a single INVALIDATE METADATA table).
