[editor] Notion of currently selected statement within editor with multi query

When a user has multiple blocks of queries in a single notebook, and they are executing a query which is in the middle of the notebook. The usual UI Experience, is to highlight the query and click on RUN. The query in question, is then highlighted by a blue shade with the results shown at the bottom of the editor.

However, in this case of a sub-query that is somewhere in the middle of the Notebook, on clicking RUN, the editor jumps to the beginning of the notebook, and the in-correctly highlights the beginning of the notebook, in blue. This seems like a Javascript issue.
