[metastore] Create DB only remembers the name from the Hive chooser

e.g.

1. Go http://127.0.0.1:8000/indexer/importer/prefill/manual/database/
2. Select a DB name
3. Edit the db name by appending chars
4. Click create: it uses DB name from #2
