[oozie] Remove email body while displaying external graphs in dashboard

When email content_type is html.

Graph breaks because of complication while loading HTML data into json object.

1. Create workflow.xml with few email actions of schema 0.1
2. Add html into the body with content type html
3. submit to see no errors.
