[core] HUE4 group access doesn't reflect on Interface

HUE4 group access doesn't reflect on Interface. Example, i didn't grant user group access to view/edit Dashboard,Pig, Solr, but in HUE4 interface Query drop down list still can see the menu to access the services. It is looking good if switched to HUE3.
