[assist] Saving a query resets the document assist to the root

e.g.

1. From editor
2. Open a directory in Doc assist
3. Save the query
4. The doc assist refreshes and goes back to top of home

Thoughts:

1. Avoid assist refresh if not a Save As
2. Avoid reset to root if in sub folders
3. Cookie the last selected folder as we lose it on page refresh (like we did for last selected DB, file path..)
