[fb] Wrong error message in UI with 500 error when user tries to edit read_only file in File browser

            Description

            1) Go to fb page https://cluster:8889/filebrowser/view=/user/admin
            2) Login as admin and create .txt file with read only permission (r-r-r) at location / user/ admin/ myFile.txt
            3) Now login as some other user 'test' and go to file browser location / user/ admin/ myFile.txt
            4) Click on 'Edit File' from 'Actions' on left side
            5) Edit the text and SAVE
            Result:
            1) 500 server error is displayed on cdh 551 cluster
            2) Error "There was a problem with your request." with 500 error in console is displayed on cluster
