            Description

            There is a UI error when user clicks on configuration and it spins
            Hue detected a Javascript error: <HUE>/static/desktop/js/hue-bundle.js 52 20126 Uncaught Error: Component key-value-list-input is already registered
            The backend functionality looks good and unchanged
