Kite CLI json-import HDFS temp file path not multiuser safe

            Description

            When kite-dataset json-import is used from parallel user workflows, got
            Permission denied: user=..., access=WRITE, inode="/tmp/cdn/.temp":...:supergroup:drwxrwxr-x"
            as all workflow tries to access the same directory.

            This issue has been fixed for csv-import, as of KITE-874, with the specific commit:
            https://github.com/kite-sdk/kite/commit/6800cd631f38869f1b65314e7870b3c2f7fa8c11
