HUE RPM upgrade leaves behind an empty app.reg

RPM upgrade runs the preun script of the old package after installing the new package. The HUE preun script doesn't look at its argument, can't tell between a removal vs an upgrade. It does `app_reg --remove' in the preun script, effectively unregistering the package we just installed.
