hadoop-hbase-master init script uses the wrong pid directory on ubuntu

            /var/run/hbase", but /etc/init.d/hadoop-hbase-master does an "install
            HBASE_PID_DIR" which resolves to "install /usr/lib/hbase/pids". After
            a reboot of the ubuntu system (when the /var/run/hbase might be
            deleted [1]), this causes the install command to fail, as it tries to
            create the dir where the symbolic link is."
