CDH3b4 no longer ships with MySQL JDBC driver

            Description

            Being that CDH3b4 no longer ships with MySQL's JDBC driver, documentation should be updated anywhere MySQL JDBC driver is needed (e.g. Hive w/ MySQL) to manually install it.
