hive-exec bundles in full org.apache.thrift class hierarchy

      Description

The hive-exec jar seems to actually package up the org.apache.thrift class hierarchy. See http://pastebin.com/Fs1HfWhz for an execution of 'jar tvf hive-exec-0.5.0-32.jar | grep thrift' (from b3 – but I'm pretty sure it's the same in b4)

This really creates dependency problems for projects that want to use thrift for their own internal services architecture but also want to use Hive to implement some of those services. Can the org.apache.thrift hierarchy be removed and perhaps packaged separately so that those clients who actually want to use thrift and CDH together can do so?
