Installed /usr/lib/hbase/bin/hbase doesn't set classpath correctly

            Description

            We currently set the various classpath environment variables in the /usr/bin/hbase wrapper script, but it turns out this isn't a great idea - calling /usr/lib/hbase/bin/hbase no longer works correctly.
