hive-default.xml in /etc/hive/conf is confusing

            Description

            It's a bit odd that hive-default is in /etc/hive/conf in our packages. It seems to me like it belongs in /usr/lib/hive (for reference) and in /usr/lib/hive/lib/hive-default.jar (for loading by the library). By placing it in /etc, we make it look like it's a good idea to edit it, whereas we should encourage users to edit hive-site.xml instead.
