            Add hdfsSync to libhdfs.

            Description

            CDH3u0 supports HDFS sync, however, libhdfs does not have the method. hdfsSync would be a useful addition.

            An associated bug is https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-2055 which contains a patch against Apache's trunk. That version adds hdfsHFlush instead as its been renamed in trunk.
