Backport PIG-1866 Dereference a bag within a tuple does not work

            Description

            Pig has trouble with nested bags and tuples, which makes it hard to use with complex Avro schemas (nested arrays, records, etc).

            This is fixed in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIG-1866. Would be great to see this in CDH3, unless you're planning on upgrading CDH3 to Pig 0.9 when that is released.
