32-bit builds of jsvc embed 64-bit library paths

            Description

            A user on the mailing list reports that jsvc has "amd64" based library paths for locating libjvm.so. It looks like at build time, it uses the "CPU" preprocessor variable, which isn't getting overridden for the 32-bit build.
