Ignore . files in managers.d

            Description

            I deleted a file from managers.d and because I was running on mac os x apparently this action created a .DS_Store file in that directory. As a result the next time I tried to run Sqoop it tried to read that .DS_Store file thinking it contained configuration information. This caused Sqoop to crash and throw a bunch of exceptions. It seems like Sqoop should ignore all . files (and probably all temporary (~) files as well).
