JT and TT cannot use the same mapred-site.xml and have different mapred.local.dir settings

            Description

            As of +320 (possibly before?). Both JT and TT now use the mapred.local.dir setting in mapred-site.xml.

            Appears to have been introduced by MRAsyncDiskService.
