Backport HDFS-2728 to avoid misleading users about the -printTopology command that does not exist in CDH3 nor Apache Hadoop 0.20/1

            Description

            The doc page at http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh/3/hadoop/hdfs_user_guide.html#DFSAdmin+Command carries:

            -printTopology : Print the topology of the cluster. Display a tree of racks and datanodes attached to the tracks as viewed by the NameNode.

            Which looks to be a doc issue as the command does not exist in CDH3, but will exist in CDH4. We should backport https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-2728 to remove this inaccuracy from CDH3.
