            Fix the Checkpoint Size unit display on the SNN Web UI. It showed MBs when the real value is in bytes.

            We should backport the simple https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-1728 to fix the SNN web UI from displaying an incorrect size unit. The real size unit is in bytes, not MBs as indicated in UI.
