CDH 4.2 vm hangs when strating hbase service

            Description

            The CDH 4.2 virtual box vm hangs when i try to start hbase service. Also sometimes the CDH manager shows the zookeeper service to be started but when i check through terminal command sudo service zookeeper-server status, it shows that zookeeper is down.
            Also, the cdh manager server keeps on dying
