hbase-regionserver init script on RHEL always exits with return code 0 when checking process status

The hbase-regionserver init script included in the distribution will always exit 0 when checking the status of the process, whether it's running or not. The script has an explicit 'exit 0' as its last line, this should be changed to 'exit $?' to exit with the correct result code.
