parquet-mr (Hive, Pig, MapReduce) does not support the timestamp data type

            Description

            Attempting to read a parquet file with a timestamp field (created with Impala) immediately exits with "Timestamp type not implemented" in Hive or Pig.

            This is with parquet-mr 1.2.5.
