Cloudera Manager appends configuration snippet with DOS-style EOL

Cloudera Manager (5.1.0) appends configuration snippet with DOS-style line endings (CRLF) instead of the standard UNIX ones (LF).

This causes problems in case of "Spark Client Advanced Configuration Snippet (Safety Valve) for spark-conf/spark-env.sh" - I'm trying to override some variables but it doesn't work as expected unless I manually remove all CR (\r) characters.
