You probably have old repo files in /etc/yum.repos.d or in yum cache. Make sure you have http://archive.cloudera.com/cm5/redhat/5/x86_64/cm/cloudera-manager.repo file in /etc/yum.repos.d, and any repo files for older versions of Cloudera Manager are removed. Then do 'yum clean all' and try to install again.
