Kudu apt repo missing metadata for old releases

            Description

            In the Cloudera apt repository for Kudu, after releasing Kudu 0.6.0, the metadata for 0.5.0 is no longer available, so people cannot download 0.5.0 via apt anymore. We should include the metadata for all releases in the apt repository db:

            http://archive.cloudera.com/beta/kudu/ubuntu/trusty/amd64/kudu/db/packages.db
