Invalid htrace-core reference in some of the .pom file in artifactory for CDH 5.5.0.0

In https://repository.cloudera.com/artifactory/libs-release-local/org/apache/hadoop/hadoop-hdfs/2.6.0-cdh5.5.0/hadoop-hdfs-2.6.0-cdh5.5.0.pom it can be seen that htrace-core dependency looks like:

    <dependency>
      <groupId>org.apache.htrace</groupId>
      <artifactId>htrace-core4</artifactId>
    </dependency>

this apparently breaks any build trying to use hadoop-hdfs component.
