HBase Shaded Jars are published empty

            As you can see, the shaded jar is nearly empty when it should contain HBase and all of it's relocated dependencies. For reference, the Apache project artifact:

            This is fairly awkward for us as we'd prefer to stick with the CDH-flavored client especially if it has any patches pulled from upstream.
