mapred ownership of hadoop.log.dir/userlogs isn't documented in the upgrade guide for CDH3.

            Description

            Undocumented in the upgrade procedure is that the hadoop.log.dir/userlogs should be owned by mapred:hadoop.

            Having that in the document would've prevented a little bit of frustration toward the end of the upgrade process from CDH3b1 to CDH3b3.
