Node reduces its ISR to itself, and doesn't recover.

            Description

            A critical issue is present in Kafka prior to 0.10.1.1 which causes the cluster to stop responding and receiving data.

            To fix this, Kafka has to be updated to 0.10.1.1 in CDH distribution.
