CDH should include a build of contrib/eclipse-plugin

            Description

            Currently CDH does not include a build of the Hadoop Eclipse Plugin (contrib/eclipse-plugin), although it includes sources (src/contrib/eclipse-plugin) and even a patch (cloudera/patches/0681-MAPREDUCE-1280.-Eclipse-Plugin-does-not-work-with-Ec.patch). Also, the plugin builds just fine from CDH sources after setting the property eclipse.home.

            As discussed here and here on the user groups, the standard version of the plugin from Apache is bundled with a CDH-incompatible version of hadoop-core. Therefore, it would be beneficial to provide a CDH version of the plugin.
