Improved Banner text support: background color and "pinning"

Cloudera Manager allows a custom banner text to be specified, which is then is visible at the top of the screen. 

It would be great to have two additional options for the banner

1.) One that allows specifying a color for the background of the banner bar.

2.) Another one that pins the banner bar so that it stays fixed and visible when you scroll down the page.

 

Imagine an administrator has to keep switching back and forth between two Cloudera instances, one used for development another one for production. Such pinned banners would help a lot in distinguishing between environments and preventing user errors, when an action is executed in another environment and not in the one intended.
