Memory leak in cloudera-scm-agent

            Description

            We are noticing memory in cloudera manager agent. 

            For a few weeks (sometimes under a week) its memory requirements grow from under GB to over 10 GB. After restart it goes down to megabytes. 

            I have made core dump once before restarting it which is about 12GB though so that's why I am not attaching.

            If you need anything else to investigate please tell me I can provide it.
