Some files in /etc not marked as %config in RPM

            Description

            A user on IRC reports that upgrading from CDH3b3 to CDH3b4 overwrote his config files, which he had modified in /etc/hadoop-0.20/conf.empty. We don't have these properly marked as %config in the RPM spec. Same goes for a few other things like /etc/default/hadoop-0.20
