flume-site.xml.template needs updating

            Description

            The sample flume site config files seems to have 2 out of date configs that should be removed "flume.config.master.addr" & "flume.collector.event.host"

            Once those are removed however there would be no sample configs. So some new sample configs need to be identified and added in there place.
