bin/flume HADOOP_HOME unset warning should check for lib/hadoop*core.jar

in bin/flume we check if HADOOP_HOME is set, if it's not we check for the cdh hadoop path, if that's not set we print a warning. before doing so we should check if lib/hadoop*core.jar exists (ie dev environment)
