It would be nice to have an index.html in flume docs

            Description

            When users go to http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh/3/flume/, they have to guess http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh/3/flume/UserGuide.html is the actual documentation. It is not difficult since it is the only html file in it.
            But it would be nice if http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh/3/flume/ would land you directly in the documentation.
