Flume webpages become unavailable when using Avro RPC and node gets physically disconnected

Web page not available error page happens if a node using Avro rpc is physically disconnected from the network.

Ex:
Bring connected node or master and go to its web page. (it works!)
Physically disconnect machine from network (this webpage is not available)
Reconnect node (it works!)
