            Description

            I've chosen to implement the first cut using NSIS ( http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page). This is derived from the tomcat nsis installer builder script (http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tomcat/trunk/res/tomcat.nsi )
